1. Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange will be accepted only if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

A request for exchange is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

We do not accept exchanges for:

Wrong size selection by the customer (please refer to the size chart before ordering)

Items purchased during a sale, discount, or promotion

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

2. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

Provide:

Order ID

Reason for exchange

Clear photos of the product (in case of damage/defect)

Once verified, our support team will approve your request and share further instructions.

3. Exchange Process

If your pincode is serviceable, a reverse pickup will be arranged.

If reverse pickup is unavailable, you must courier the product to our return address.

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will dispatch the replacement product within 3–5 working days.

4. Conditions

We allow only one exchange per order.

Exchange is subject to product availability. If not available, we may offer a coupon or refund (as per our Return & Refund Policy).

We reserve the right to decline an exchange request that does not meet our policy conditions.
