1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Prepaid Orders:

You may request cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

You may cancel COD orders before dispatch by contacting us. Repeated cancellations may lead to a restriction on COD facility for future orders.

2. Order Cancellation by INDIAN TEXTILE

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

Product unavailability or stock issues

Payment failure or incomplete transactions

Invalid or incomplete shipping details

Fraudulent or suspicious activity

In such cases, customers will be informed, and any prepaid amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

COD orders do not involve any refund unless prepaid in part.

4. Dispatch Stage

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
